Karachi cases commonly involve a couple living in different areas of the city, one party living overseas, or an overseas Pakistani who needs Pakistan-side Nikah documentation and coordination. The correct arrangement depends on whether both parties can attend, whether a Wakeel is required and how the marriage will be registered.

Karachi Online Nikah Process

We begin with the parties’ locations, identity documents, age and marital status. Once eligibility and the participation method are clear, witness and representative arrangements can be settled and the Nikah scheduled. The Nikah Nama should then be completed accurately and the applicable registration procedure followed.

Documents for Karachi Cases

Typical documents include CNIC/NICOP or passport copies, photographs where needed, marital-status evidence and, in overseas cases, a special power of attorney or attested documents where applicable. Requirements depend on the case rather than the city name alone.

Overseas Bride or Groom
